Why You Should Book a Call

A loved one is in the nursing home

Even if your loved one is already in a nursing home, our elder law attorneys can make sure they receive the care they deserve while helping you plan for the costs.

A loved one has experienced a sudden illness or accident

Change is life’s only constant. Sometimes these changes can strike without warning. Even if your spouse or loved one is suddenly in need of long-term care, we can assist you in creating a plan for care.

Veterans Affairs or Medicare has already denied your claim

The application process for VA benefits and Medicare is often confusing. Even if your claim has already been denied, our experienced elder law attorneys can help you create a plan that will protect your hard-earned assets from nursing home costs.

You need to plan for long-term care

Even if you or your love one doesn’t need nursing home care yet, pre-planning is essential to make sure you don’t find yourself in a crisis situation. Our attorneys can help you create a plan for payment and care before you ever need it.

You are paying out of pocket for long-term care

Loosing everything you own to pay for nursing home costs is a catastrophic reality for many people. It doesn’t have to happen. Our attorneys can help you create a plan to preserve your assets and family legacy.

You need to apply for Medicaid or VA Benefits

The cost of assisted living and nursing home care increases every year, and much of that cost isn’t covered by traditional health insurance. If you have a loved one in need of nursing home care, contact our elder law attorneys to help you apply for your benefits.
